On November 3th, 2015, Sichuan Shangyang Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. reached an all-around permanent cooperation with International Ecological Security Cooperation Organization on ecological security appraisal, ecological training, ecological management service, international ecological city, ecological base and ecological supermarket and other aspects under the coordination of Sichuan Professional Committee for Middle-East Market of CCOIC. The “Chengdu representative office of International Ecological Security Cooperation Organization” was set up in Sichuan to responsible for the work of Sichuan，Yunnan and Guizhou. Wu Yanfei, the chairwoman of Sichuan Shangyang Agricultural Development Co., ltd., was authorized to be the person who is in charge of Chengdu representative office.
It is said that the International Ecological Security Cooperation Organization is the only ecological authority which is authorized by the United Nations and recognized by more than 100 countries authority appraisal institutions. International Ecological Security Cooperation Organization is aiming at promoting millennium development goals and sustainable development of the United Nations and realizing the balanced development of economy, ecology, society through tacking climate change、maintaining ecological security、 solving the ecological crisis、implementing urban disaster prevention and mitigation and ecological restoration and international eco-certification.
