On November 23th, 2015, Chen Lianjun, the director of Sichuan Professional Committee for Middle-East Market of CCOIC, Wu Yanfei, the director of public relations department of Xiangyuan International Trade Co.,ltd., Gan Lei, the director of foreign trade department of Xiangyuan International Trade Co.,ltd., and other staffs were invited to investigate the Sichuan Aerospace Industry Group Co. Ltd (hereinafter as “SCAIG”) by the accompanying of the general manager of SCAIG Mr. Xiao Xinzhong and the director of R & D and Marketing department Mr. Shao Chong. The director Chen and his staffs tended to focus on the automotive plastic parts, shock absorbers, spinning technology and products and the logistics industry of SCAIG. SCAIG mainly provides technology and product service for the Middle East and also can set up factories with companies in the Middle East. Sichuan Aerospace Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. which is part of SCAIG has a number of first grade qualifications so that can provide the EPC and project general contracting business for market construction in the Middle East. The purpose of this investigation is to dock with central enterprises on manufacturing and construction and take a solid step for the strategy of “One Belt One Road—— Thousands of enterprises to go abroad, Sichuan enterprises enter into The Middle East”.
