[PCMM news]On October 19th, 2015,  the representatives of Sichuan Professional Committee for Middle-East Market of CCOIC and Shi Yanchun，the vice chairman of China-Arab Exchange Association，investigated DongFang Electric Corporation by the accompanying of the president of DongFang Electric Corporation Mr. Si Zefu. This investigation entrusted by Algerian government to investigate the development situation and related applications about power generation equipment of DongFang Electric Corporation to strengthen further in-depth cooperation and establish cooperation relationship. During the investigation, the two sides had exchanged of views on cooperation procedure between DongFang Electric Corporation and Algeria and determined the trilateral cooperation mechanism to promote the Sichuan enterprises enter into the Middle East market. DongFang Electric Corporation is appointed by the Central Government as one of the 53 most important state-owned enterprise groups concerning the national security and the national economy and one of the largest power equipment manufacturing base in China. The main business of DongFang Electric Corporation are large power generation equipment, power station project contracting and power station services and DongFang Electric Corporation has the ability of Large power equipment research and development, designing, manufacturing and power plant project general contracting, presently enjoys one-third domestic market share in thermal power and half in hydro power.
